Over 2 weeks without fix for uploading my transations

I'm using HSBC to upload my transactions, but the description doesn't get recognized in Quickbooks. I've been in contact with customer support for several weeks, and they can't fix it. Does anyone have the same problem?

BTW, the agent closed my case without fixing it. Now what?

  2. Click on Search, then Contact Us.

Once everything looks good, you can start categorising your entries, then reconcile your account to ensure they always match your bank and credit card transactions.
