I’m making this post to get some clarification around QBO Global—specifically how to contact global customer support or sales.
I currently support QBO customers in the United States, but it’s not uncommon for us to receive calls related to international accounts. Most often these are from Jamaica or Mexico, with a few other countries popping up occasionally.
I’m hoping to confirm the following:
What add-on products are available to customers in Jamaica or Mexico?
Are Payments available in those regions?
Is Bill Pay an option?
What is the correct phone number for QBO Global customer support?
Is there a separate contact number for QBO Global sales?
