Can't connect to bank since one month. Error 101 Kindly solve this issue immediately.

May I know what's your bank provider? This way, I can check here on our end if there are any open investigations from your bank. 

 

The Error 103 occurs when your credentials entered into QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't match with your financial institution. You can follow the steps and details in this article to resolve this banking error: Fix banking error 103 in QuickBooks Online.

 

If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up and check your account in a secure environment. Then, they'll investigate what';s 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help icon on the top right. 
  2. Tap the Contact Us button at the bottom. 
  3. Enter a short description of your concern. 
  4. Tick Continue
  5. Choose Message an agent to connect with our support.

In the meantime, you can manually download your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
