I can see how convenient it would be to customize the Sales page layout to better fit your workflow, Daisy.

 

While this option isn't currently available in the program, you can submit a feature request to our development team. This helps ensure specific shortcuts can be customized or modified according to your preferences.

 

Follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
  3. Share your experience, then click Next.

 

In the meantime, you can utilize the "Memo on Statement (hidden)" box within the invoice to include your description. Then, enable the Memo column to display it in the transaction lists on the Sales page for easier reference.
