QuickBooks Online allows you to print the documents you created in the system. If your business requires you to issue a hard copy of the debit note, then you'll want to print it.

You can print the journal entry report if you used the journal entry to enter the debit note. You can pull up the Supplier Balance Detail Report or Supplier Balance Summary Report from the Reports menu to print a debit note you entered for your supplier. You can also customise the report to get the specific data.
