Did you receive an error message when you tried to connect a client's QuickBooks company account? If so, you can also provide a screenshot of your screen showing the error message for visualization. Also, what QuickBooks Online subscription are you using to connect them?

I am from the Philippines but this is the first time I have encountered this kind of error. I can usually access other accounts that are based in the US.
You need to use QBOA US version to manage QBO US version.
Try to signup for QBOA Global version with another email address and ask your client to invite you to this account
