Thank you for your interest in subscribing to QuickBooks Online. I'll share some details on this, vetea.
We want to make sure that other regions will be able to enjoy and use QuickBooks. That's why we've labeled France as one among the International countries. The same way as French Polynesia. Please see the screenshot below as to how each countries are grouped.
You can subscribe to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) International version from this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/. Make sure to choose the country when signing up for an account.
Once you're able to create an account successfully, learn how to start and get familiar with some of the main features of QBO. I have this article for you to follow, read this for your reference: Get Started with QuickBooks Online.
