Since switching from a 4 digit PIN to an alphanumerical passwrod I can no longer connect my Quickbooks transactions to my Tangerine Bank as Quickbooks is still prompting me for a PIN and wont accept my password.
I spoke with Quickbooks last week and they said its not their problem it's on Tangerine.... I spoke with Tangerine and they said it's on Quickbooks to fix....
I went back to Quickbooks and they said they'll look into it - surely I can't be the only person finding this problem?
Frustrated that the only way i cna log a complaint is to use the chat/phone call options and have to explain it all again for a third time.
Has anyone else found this?
