Yes, it's INR 1059 + taxes now.
Until last month it was INR 412.. essentially just a change from 5000/ year lump sum to monthly payments.
When I had first registered, I had an introductory offer of INR 1500/ year. After the first year was over, I had to renew at INR 5000/ year which was completely acceptable given that the discount was clearly specified in the beginning. Last year, Intuit changed the billing from annual to monthly but the overall amount remained the same.
This current hike in subscription charges has not been communicated at all.
I'm sorry if I sound rude but it appears you haven't understood what the issue is or you simply don't want to acknowledge the issue here.
I don't need any tutorials on how to check the billing details and other stuff.
My question is fairly straight forward - The subscription fees have suddenly increased and there has been no communication from Intuit. This is nothing but deceiving the customers.
Also, I don't understand how you mark the issue as auto solved without a go ahead from the customer who raised the issue in first place. Surely not the support expected from an organization like Intuit.
Afaik, they no longer offer annual renewal and you will have to use the current monthly rate to renew. You can open a new blank QBO account with the discounted rate as another option.
