To resubscribe need to change the beginning balances as we shift to another system and return back again to quickbooks how will i do it?

Let me help you resubscribe to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @alma_vega.

 

You'll need to export the data out from a third-party application to resolve beginning balances and get the CSV/XLS. With that said, we're unable to adjust your data in QBO. What you'll enter into the system will always be the actual balance.

 

Then consider utilizing the migration tool to import the data into your blank QuickBooks Online account. Take a look at this article for the process and see the post-conversion tasks:
