There are different reasons why you're unable to make payments. Let me help you.
One reason is that the info you entered doesn't match with your bank's records. Another one is that you're using a credit card, debit card, or cash card that is expired or inactive. Some banks also have restrictions when it comes to online transactions. You'll want to reach out to your bank so they can review your account.
If everything's good on the bank's ends and you still unable to make payments, this could be because of the browser. The accumulated temporary internet files could be the root cause of this unusual behavior. Use an incognito window and process it from there.
You also want to clear the cache fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Lastly, make sure you're using an up-to-date browser.

I am sorry to say, there is no "talk to human" support any more in India, none of your solutions for payment works, i have been having same problem for last one month, there is zero support from QB, i ended up my account getting suspended, now receiving unpleasant calls from clients.

Yes, you're right. QuickBooks only offers Chat and Community support in India. Account-specific concerns related to money movement are mainly handled by our Live Support Team.
