I'd like to share some information about the invitation process.
If the invited user doesn't have an existing account with Intuit, they will be asked to enter the following information:
Once entered, they can click the Create account and access your company.
For a user that has an existing account, they will be asked for their login credentials. If they're unable to sign in, they can reset their password or recover the user ID.
Here are the steps:
If they used their email address or user ID to verify the account, they'll get an email with a password reset link.
On the other hand, you can delete the invitation and add the user again by following these steps:
