Our Product Engineers received similar reports from other users not being able to resubscribe the subscription. At this moment, we aren't able to give a specific timeframe for the resolution. Rest assured, the engineers are doing their best to fix and prevent this from happening again.

 

I also recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can add you to our list of affected users. This way, you can receive live email updates about this issue.

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_IN/contact.
  2. Choose a topic.
  3. Scroll down and select Start a Message.
