Hi, Cabisaki. The service charge account linked to your reconciliation may be inactive or damaged, which can trigger this reconciliation error. I recommend reviewing your Chart of Accounts to make sure this account is active and configured correctly.
From the Chart of Accounts screen, find the account you use for bank service charges and confirm it isn’t marked inactive. If it is, make it active again. After that, reopen the reconciliation and re‑select the account with ID 104. Ensure the “Service charge account” field is mapped to a valid Expense account.
If the error message still appears after these steps, perform a few quick browser checks to rule out any technical glitches.
