Thanks for visiting the Community page, @Madac. I've got some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue you're having while trying to import some of your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
There are various reasons why you encountered the RESULT_CODE_HUNG error while importing an entry in QBO. This error typically indicates that the application or the web browser itself has become unresponsive or has stopped working.
One possible reason it shows up is because of a corrupted extension installed in your browser. In this event, try disabling extensions in your browser and then enabling them one by one to find out the problematic extension.
Incorrect date and time settings on your computer can also cause this error message in QBO. Ensure that your computer is displaying the correct date and time.
If the issue persists after the suggestions above, I recommend importing your entries through a private/incognito window if you haven't tried it. The private window will not save any history, making it a good place to identify browser problems. To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:
If you're able to import them using a private browser, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing the cache or cookies is the best way to start fresh and ensure optimal performance. Otherwise, using other supported browsers can be a good alternative too.
I'm always around and ready to help if you have more questions about importing your transactions into QBO. Just click the Reply button to add your comment so I can assist you further. Have a great day!
