When I trying to change the credit card, I see this message: Select Save again. We couldn’t process your payment method.

In my case it would be enough a manual pay button. At that specific moment I didn't have the amount at the account so now it asks to change my card. I tried differents cards

Let's make sure you're able to successfully change your credit card in QuickBooks Online.  

 

To change the payment method for QuickBooks Online account, here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Gear Icon.
  2. Go to Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. Enter the credit card information. (Card number, name on card, expiration date, and security code.) 
  5. Make sure to verify the billing address in QuickBooks Online is the same billing address on the credit card statement.
  6. Tap Save Changes.

 

If the same thing happens, as a second option, you may open up an incognito window log in using this private window. This browser doesn’t collect cache files like a normal web-browser.

When I trying to change the credit card, I see this message: Select Save again. We couldn’t process your payment method.

Basically, you tell me to try to match my credit card address with the billing address and try incognito window as well.  All these I already tried. There is no error at billing address.  I try to contact through the chat but always is loading a white pop-up window without any content inside. I try also from a different laptop and connection too. I try it through my mobile too. Last 2 hours that chat works not at all.

I know you've contacted us, but I'd still recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support again to have this better checked. They have the tools to verify your account and further investigate why you're unable to change your credit card information.

 

Here's how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Click Help located in the upper right corner.
  2. Enter your concern in the Type something field.
  3. Click on Contact Support Team.
  4. Choose to Start a chat to connect with an expert.
