Hello, @CJM2004.
Let me clarify about email message templates in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
When you use the company name placeholder [company name] in your email message templates, it displays the client's company name, not your own. This allows you to personalize the email communication by addressing the recipient directly with their company information. If the client’s profile does not include a company name, the placeholder will not display anything.
In addition, here's an article to help you customise your sales form the way you want it.: Add, customise, or remove logos on sales forms
