When will the account connection error 106 be fixed for ING banking?

For almost 2mths now, I am unable to connect my Quickbooks Online account with my ING account. It stopped working for no reason. Your Online Chat Support told me it was a known issue. When will this be resolved please?

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
