Where do I go to pay for my subscription using my android phone

At the moment, updating your billing information on the QBO mobile application is currently unavailable. You'll want to sign in to your account on the phone's browser to do this. Here's how:

  1. Go to qbo.intuit.com and sign in as the Company or Master Admin.
  2. Tap the cogwheel icon ⚙, then select Account and Settings.
  3. From the left menu, select Billing Subscription.
  4. Click on the Edit icon ✎ beside your payment method.
  5. Change your billing info and ensure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  6. Once done, hit Confirm card or Save.

Also, if you subscribed to us through Google Play, here are the steps to update your card:

  1. Open a web browser on your phone or computer.
  2. Sign in to your Google Wallet account then go to Payment methods.
  3. Locate the card you want to update, then select Edit.
  4. After the change, select Save.

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. From there, select the Contact Us button and enter your concern in the description box.

  3. Once done, select Call us or Get a callback option.

Please note that the contact options available is based on the description you entered on the Help menu. Our Support is available from 6 AM - 6 PM on weekdays and 6 AM to 3 PM every Saturday.
