Why does my taxes screen not displaying any information?

Welcome to the Community, hello113.

The Taxes menu in your QuickBooks account displays your sales and payroll taxes information. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual responses. You can log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser to isolate this issue.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox or Internet Explorer)
  • Control Option (Safari)

Once signed in, go to the Taxes menu. If you're able to view your sales and payroll taxes information, return to your default browser and clear its cache and cookies to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

Moreover, paying and filing your tax/GST through QBO is easy. Just go to the Tax Center page and perform the following steps provided in this article: File and pay Tax/GST.
