Is there a way to edit the AR Aging Summary Report to add columns or create a new report that will pull account executive for each customer in QBO
Welcome to the Community, Yinka. Currently, the A/R Ageing Summary report doesn’t support additional columns. You can switch to the A/R Ageing Detail report if you need more columns, though it can't pull the account executive for each customer just yet.
As a workaround, I recommend exporting the report to Excel or CSV. From there, you can manually add the account executive data and filter for open invoices.
