We can renew your QuickBooks subscription from Your Account page . To access, click the Gear icon at the top-right of your screen, then select Your Account under Your Company. From there, just enter the payment method like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash Card. For the steps and details, check out the Renew my account subscription article.
On the other hand, the option to contact our support agent by phone is unavailable for the QuickBooks Online (QB) India version. However, you may send us a message via chat if you need further assistance in renewing your account.
