creating new company from new financial year

I'll share some information about creating a new company. In QuickBooks Online, you'll have to sign up for a new subscription to create new company file.

To sign up, please visit our website. Here's the link: Intuit QuickBooks.

Just make sure to select your country of origin before subscribing.

Furthermore, if you wish to set a new fiscal year with your existing account, you'll want to set the fiscal starting month. Here's how:

1. Go to Gear.
2. Choose Company and Settings.
3. Hover towards the Advanced tab, then tap the Pencil icon in the Accounting section.
4. Update your starting fiscal year's info.
5. Click Save and then Done.

One QBO account is for one company file. You can manage branches/divisions by utilizing the Class/Location feature available in QBO Plus. Otherwise you should open a new account and you can use the same email address.
