Good morning
I was dismayed to find that about 10 rental receipts had the date of receipt showing as 1 year before the actual date. I thought this might be an absent minded user but it was exactly 1 year earlier and today it happened again but the September 2022 date was changed to May 2021.
We are using Quickbooks Online. I changed the 10 dates to 2022 without incident but today it says if I change the date it will upset the reconciliation. Also what other bad dates are there? How do I find out and why is this happening?
Thanks
