For now, let's check to see if this is related to a problem with a browser cache. A full or corrupted cache storage can cause issues in some QuickBooks Online pages (mileage tracking).
To start off, use an incognito or a private browser. This is a good way to rule out any cache issue on the webpage. Shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Log in to https://qbo.intuit.com/. Next, use or navigate to the Mileage tracking page. If there are no errors, go back to the normal browser and clear the cache to fix this (the hyperlinked article is under the US region. The steps will work for any other versions). Close and reopen it afterwards to complete the process.
You can also use a different supported browser instead of clearing the cache. The updated versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari would work.
