Hi - bank transactions are downloaded twice into QB. Can you please let me know how to handle such cases

I'll help you handle the duplicate transactions properly, @userpv-sravan.

The bank transactions we receive is dependent upon what your bank or financial institution shares with us. The common reason why there are duplicate transactions is when you manually update the bank by clicking on the Update button in QuickBooks and at the same time the bank also do automatic download.

We can exclude the duplicate transactions. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
2. Click the Banking tab.
3. Select your preferred bank account and go to the For review tab.
4. Tick the duplicate transactions. 
5.  Click Exclude.
