Hello, @surendra-mogavee. I can see your interest in downloading all your attachments in one go. Let me give you insights on how to achieve your goal.
At this time, you can download your attachments one at a time by following these steps:
I can see the importance of saving them in batches. While the option is unavailable, you can temporarily look for a third-party application that supports the process. Also, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product engineers to let them know about the feature needed. Rest assured they're working nonstop to enhance the product and deliver the best experiences for all QuickBooks users.

Have you decided to use which accounting app to replace your QBO? You can purchase a 3rd party service to convert your data including the attachment files if required.
Good morning. Please, I'm Brazilian, where zero paper will close next month. I'm really sorry I can't continue to use it because I like it a lot and I've been a user for 7 7 years, with several personal and business accounts.
As I have no alternative, I am looking for new software and evaluating how to carry out the migration. Most of them can import xls files without any problems, but I noticed something that worried me a lot. What about my attachments? I need them and I don't have conditions to manually do one by one. When I saw this post I was very happy but it seems that it is not for the zeropaper version, is that right?
Isn't there another way to migrate or at least download the attachments in bulk?
We are not familiar with ZeroPaper but we can explore the conversion process. Contact me in private if you are interested.
There are no filter from "Batch actions--Export" so NO way to download the attachments by date or by transaction type.
The ' type" button only sorts the “file” type, such as PDF or spreadsheet, etc. So it is useless.
QBO Attachment-batch-export function will give you nightmares when you want to download the thousands backups accumulated from years.
Anyone who wants to use QBO should get a serious warning at beginning: you must print the backups in paper or always save a digital copy in your own file.
