open the chart of accounts, for A/P use the option arrow far right and select report, export that report to excel
use customize to narrow the report down if you need to

There is no such option to generate Individual Balance of a single supplier in quick books,
we can only Generate Supplier balance summary report, if possible pls elaborate your answer.
