How to make appear company name on a check?

Hello there, bookkeeping,

You need to make sure your company name is in your master form and in your company setup. This way, the name will appear on your check or expense voucher. Let me walk you through how.

To check your company account and settings, here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Company tab.
  3. Click anywhere in the Company name section.
  4. Make sure you've entered all the necessary information especially your company name.
  5. Click Save once done.

To check your master form, here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Custom Form Styles.
  2. Select the Master Form Type, then Edit under Action column.
  3. Choose the Content tab.
  4. Click anywhere in the Header.
  5. Make sure to check the Business name, and enter your company name.
  6. Click Done.

Once done, try to print your check/expense voucher and you'll be able to view the company name by performing the steps above.
