How to print debit note

Welcome to the QuickBooks family, @rahul-chaudhary-.

Let me share some clarification about printing a debit note in QuickBooks Online.

Currently, an option or keystroke to print a debit note is unavailable. As a workaround, you can run the Supplier Balance Detail or Supplier Balance Summary report and filter it to show the supplier you need.

Here's how:

  1. On the left panel, click Reports.
  2. Select Supplier Balance Detail or Supplier Balance Summary
  3. Press Customise.
  4. Filter to only show the supplier.
  5. Hit Run report.
  6. Click the printer icon to print.

I appreciate your input on this feature. We'll continue to improve the product to provide the features and options users need in the future.

Also, I've attached an article you can use to customise reports and acquire the financial data you need in QuickBooks: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Thanks for taking the time to visit us here today, and I look forward to your response.
