I just fixed the issue to upload the logo in the Invoice or Sell Receipt.

I copy the logo and pasted in the program file where Quickbook is located (by default Programs File). From this file I uploaded the logo successfully. 

I hope you can also fix this terrible issue.

Here's how you can set your company logo:

1. Go to the Gear > Account and settings.
2. On the left panel, select Company.
3. In the Company name section, click the + icon to upload the logo.
4. Hit Save and then Done.

For those of you still fighting with this, I will let you know that switching my browser - and opening QBO in Mozilla Firefox - solved this for me on the first attempt.  Logo updated immediately, just by using Firefox.   WTG QBO team /s

I was able to put my Logo on the computer version of Quick books. But I can not add my logo onto the phone app. I don’t understand why the 2 are not linked but I would like to get the same logo I have on the computer version to also be on my phone. The app just tells me it can’t upload my logo. But the computer version excepted it.  Thank you for your help 

Hello, CalmaEleganza. I want to ensure you'll be able to add logo on your QuickBooks mobile app. 

For most general issues in QuickBooks Online (QBO), clearing the app's cache can help resolve them.  

Mobile App: 

1. In your QBO mobile app, select the Gear icon.
2. Choose the Refresh Data menu.
3. Tap Yes.

Android Settings: 

1. Go to Settings and select Apps.
2. Choose QuickBooks Online and click on Storage.
3. Select Clear Data.

4 years on and this issue is still not fixed!!
