Hello,
Is there a way to print just the subaccount on a check voucher and not the parent account? Since it is printing both, the subaccount is no longer visible.
Thank you in advance for any help you can send my way.
Let me provide some information about printing cheque vouchers, pwoodbridge.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses preprinted cheques, that's why both parent account and subaccount are being printed as well. You'll want to enter the details on the Memo field instead if you want the information in your subaccount to be printed.
Similarly, you can also set up your print setting so you're able to save time when printing in QBO. To give you more details of the setup, from envelopes, deposit slips, and Pre-printed Forms, I've added this article for your guide: How To Print Cheques, Envelopes, and Deposit Slips.

Thank you for your reply.
I am just wanting the sub account number on the voucher, not the parent account AND sub account. Is that possible?
This is a great question, pwoodbridge.
As mentioned by my colleague, QuickBooks Online uses a preprinted type of cheque. This means the parent and subaccount are already printed and can't be removed. Let's follow the suggestion to add the subaccount details in the Memo field to be visible.
Additionally, I've added these articles that'll guide you in creating and printing cheques in QuickBooks Online:
