You'll need to wait 15 minutes for the security lock to expire and try again. After that, reach out to the account owner and ask them to check for the verification code on their end, as it may take a few minutes to arrive.
To help locate the code, they should check their spam or junk folders, as well as all email addresses they might have used to sign up. Additionally, they should add do_not_reply@intuit.com to their approved sender list.
If they use text or SMS, they should ensure their phone is not blocking numbers 88811 or 97962. If they don't have access to their phone, checking text messages via their carrier’s website may help.
Lastly, if the code still hasn't arrived, try again by selecting I didn’t get an email or I didn’t get a text message on the sign-in page to resend the verification code.

The issue I’m facing is that my account has been locked (please see the attached screenshot for reference). Because of this, I’m unable to access support through the platform or receive a verification code.
I understand that calling customer service is an option; however, due to the time zone difference and international call restrictions in my area, I’m unable to reach QuickBooks by phone.
Could you please advise on an alternative way to verify my account and have it unlocked?
