Please help us to re-subscription of quickbook online india to use till Mar2023.

Joining you here to help with your questions about reactivating subscriptions, kaushik3.

 

Please note that we can only reactivate accounts if it's been cancelled within a year. Based on your screenshot, your account was cancelled last September 28, 2021. 

 

Because of this, the option to reactivate your account is no longer possible. You'll want to export your data out of QBO so you can keep a copy of it. Please see these articles for more details:

 

 

Please note that QBO India has also been discontinued. This means that QuickBooks will continue to be available for current subscribers in India until 30 April 2023. Please see this article for more details: Discontinuation of QuickBooks in India.

 

Let me know in your reply if you're able to export your data. You can also post more questions in the Community if you need anything else.

Hi sir, 

 

We agreed that we supposed to take the back-up during the subscription period. But due to unawareness, we did not take the data back up. 

Considering exceptional case, we are requesting you to share the data back up or enable the option to re-subscribe the our existing login. So that account will get activate and will download the data.

Allow me to chime in and help share information on how to download your data. Before we start, please know that your Personal Identifiable Information (PII) was remove for security purposes. 

 

We preserve your company data for 356 days following the cancelation date. Since your account was already expired last September 28, 2021, I'd like to redirect you to our QuickBooks Customer Care Support Team. They have tools that can pull up your account securely and guide you in exporting your data.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Start a chat.
