Should I be able to link Quadient AR app with QBO for a client? I can't find the app to do so. What am I missing?

Thank you for posting here in the Community today, @susan-donohoe-gm. I'll take care of your concern so you can get through this and see the list of apps you can integrate with QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

There are two ways to see the list of Apps. If you're going to sign in to your QBO account, you can scroll down and click the Apps tab. I'll input the steps below so you can proceed:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online.
2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Apps tab.
3. Select Find Apps.

If your goal is to find the apps that you've recently integrated with your QBO account, here's how:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online.
2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Apps tab.
3. Select My Apps.

If you can't find the App on the list, then the App is not yet supported with QuickBooks. I recommend contacting Quadiant support to check if they can integrate it.

As far as I know, the app doesn't yet support QBO Global version. Contact their Support to make sure. You should explore another 3rd party app for this function to integrate with QBO Global version.
