I need support with my Quickbooks Online account.
I need to speak to someone from Quickbooks. I have been trying to use the feature available on the Global website under Learn and Support > Quickbooks Online Support > Contact us > Chat with us (because no other option like email or phone).
Obviously, the chat feature is not working. No one answers and it gets disconnected a few minutes after the initiation of the chat.
I called the US number, and they said that they cannot give support to Global accounts and didn't provide me with any number or email to contact.
I am very disappointed that there is no way to reach anyone for support.

I understand the urgency of talking to our Live Support Team to pay and close your account. However, the only way to contact you via email is to start a chat.
Here's how to connect with us:
One of our representatives can create a case under your company and send emails from there. You may need to chat with them on weekdays.
The Community forum is the only 24-hour support team who can provide steps and articles to help fix your concerns. In your case, it requires pulling up an account and checking the status of your subscription.
To pay for your subscription, make sure to update your billing information. I'm adding these articles to guide you in entering the details and also the steps on how to cancel an account.

Well, this is exactly what I have been trying for over a week, but the chat feature is not working.
Please look at the attached screen shot. It clearly shows how no one assists in the the chat and then something goes wrong after a few minutes and messages start failing to be delivered. In the attached screenshot, the first three messages were delivered, but the forth one failed.
Here is another screen shot to show how the first message gets delivered (see the check mark), but then no one answers and then messages start failing to get across like the screenshot in the previous message.

I've read your original post, and I can see you're trying to contact our chat support outside your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. It's possible that the system doesn't recognize your QBO account that's why it doesn't reply to your chat. Let's try contacting our chat support team within your QBO account. Here's how:
