unable to link with Paybooks

I was connected this week but it stopped working with "The app was connected by another user" even today when nobody else can be online.

I'm here to ensure you can link with PayBooks, @ourmaninindia.

 

It could be that the app was transferred to another owner. To fix this, you need to disconnect a third-party app or transfer the ownership to another user. 

 

If you'd like to continue using the app, you'll need the administrator to transfer the ownership. This allows you to take over the app connection for your company.

 

  1. Proceed to Apps and search for the app you're transferring.
  2. Choose the app, then click Get App Now.
  3. Review the message details and select Connect anyway.
  4. Adjust the settings as necessary, then make sure the app is now associated with the new user ID.
