After you sign in to your QuickBooks Online account, you'll see the Apps tab on the left navigation menu. Here's a sample screenshot of what it looks like:
For now, the QuickBooks Apps are available in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, India, Australia, and France. We're currently unable to use the option in the international versions, but we're working on the app integrations. Please feel free to visit our QuickBooks Blog page to keep you updated on the new features.
You can also use this link: Apps Center if your subscription belongs to the countries I've mentioned above. Then, search for the third-party apps.
If you need help with other task in QuickBooks Online, we have help articles that can be found here.

What kind of apps do you need? We may help to recommend one.
This no longer exists. Where did they move it to?
Very aggravating. Its like, Intuit continues to sabotage us by making changes that don't make sense and refusing to add things we have been asking for for years. If they want us to use this platform, and push for it at every turn, make things more simple to find! Rant over. -Annoyed!

That is irrelevant to my issue. I don't need help with apps, I want Intuit to add the "App Center" back onto the platform so everyone can easily access the area.
Are you using QBO Global version? I can find the Apps menu in the left pane below the Accounting menu. As far as I remember, the position hasn't changed since last year.
This is what I see in either Accounting Firm or Business View. A few of them have the new updated menu (IE Instead of Sales/Expenses its now "Get Paid or Pay", etc). But none of them show "App Center" in any section.
Thank you for your clarification. I'm not sure why your posts are showing up in the Global community. It is possible that you are using QBO Accountant US, CA or UK version.
O.o Is the US not part of the "Globe"?
I did a search for the issue, and this is the thread it brought me.
You may post your question/concern in the US Community

This works fine, thanks. Im sure Im not the only US user in these boards.
Regardless - its ignorant that some countries can see it in the list and others cant? Makes ZERO sense.
