Your IOS app only opens on the 2nd attempt. Running iPhone 15 Pro Max with latest software updates. I have reinstalled the app several times. Please fix it!

Please somebody get the tech department to fix the iOS app, this is infuriating it's been going on so long. It's a software issue at your side

I appreciate the efforts you've made to address the issue, DJO. I see that you've previously raised this matter. As my colleagues have suggested, I recommend contacting our live support team again for a deeper investigation.

 

Here's how to proceed:

 

  1. Using a web browser, Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Select Search, open any article, and then press the Contact Us button.
  4. Choose a topic or enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
  5. Follow the prompts and select a way to connect with us.

Please remember to call them within business hours to ensure a quick response. 

 

While waiting for the fix, you can log in to your QuickBooks Online account using your mobile browser.
