Can i add the suppliers to the trial balance?

Can i add the suppliers to the trial balance?

I know a report where you can pull up this report, @userr-mikdash.

 

While we're unable to add the supplier's name in the Trial Balance report, you can pull up the Transaction Detail by Account report and filter it to view the Debit and Credit amounts.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports, then type Transaction Detail by Account.
  2. Tick the small Gear icon next to the Export and Printer icon.
  3. Mark the boxes next to Debit, Credit, and Vendor or Supplier.
  4. Click anywhere to refresh the report. Just make sure to filter the Report period. See the attached image below.
