Can i schedule a report automatically and save it on particular path in Quickbook Desktop
Yes, you can, Nusrat Gulzar.
QuickBooks Desktop has a Scheduled Reports feature that allows you to send reports on a regular and recurring scheduled time. You can set up a scheduled report to automate the task.
Some requirements should be met to ensure the report will be sent at the scheduled time. Please check the pointers I've listed below:
Check this article to learn more about this topic: Set up and modify Scheduled Reports.
Note that the article is for the US but is applicable for a non-US version of QuickBooks Desktop.
You'll want to check this link: Understand reports. This contains a set of articles for your reference in using the report feature in QuickBooks Desktop.
If there's anything else you need help with about reports, please add them below. I'm always here to help.
Thanks for the reply.
I am not looking for the email auto scheduler.
I am looking for the scheduler that will store the report in drive path.

I can see how this feature would be beneficial for you and your business. Rest assured, our Product Development Team is always looking for ways to enhance QuickBooks to suit the business needs of our users. You'll want to submit your feedback so they can review it and might consider adding this in future updates. Here's how:
Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you keep track of your sales and expenses in QBDT. This helps you focus on the information that matters most to your business: Customize Customer, Job, and Sales Reports.
Please know that you're always welcome to post a reply in this thread if you have any other questions about your QBDT account. It's always my pleasure to help you out again. Keep safe!
