Can user change the title/caption of certain column(s) in QBO reports?

Please guide how user can change the title/caption of certain column(s) in QBO reports?

Hope your day is good, Abdul Rehman.

 

There's no option to change the column's title in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

You can only add or omit columns by going to the small Gear icon within the report. Simply put a check mark inside the box that you wish to display. 

 

Please take a look at the screenshot below:

I'd suggest exporting the report to Excel so you can modify the title of the column. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Export icon beside the small Gear icon.
  2. Choose Export to Excel.
