I'll make sure that you can download the sales report with an attachment in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I can see the importance of running a Sale report with attachments. While the option is unavailable, you can temporarily look for a third-party application that supports the process. Here's how.
- From the left menu, select Apps.
- Go to the Find Apps tab.
- Enter the app name in the search bar or select the Browse category ▼ drop-down menu to check out different apps.
Also, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product engineers to let them know about the feature needed. Rest assured they're working nonstop to enhance the product and deliver the best experiences for all QuickBooks users.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Hit Next.
