You can review your transactions if the selected item is correct.
Go to the All apps, and hover your mouse over Sales & Get Paid. Click on Product & Services. Look for the Expense account field. It must be set to a Cost of Goods Sales type account.
Correct if necessary, then refresh the report and ensure the report filters are correct.
