Customer Not not visible in transaction report.

Hi there, @EHolmes.

One of the possible reasons why customers aren't showing on reports is that the column wasn't added. Let's make sure you add the customer column when pulling up the transaction report.

Before we proceed, may I know what specific report you're trying to run? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

Here's how to customize a report:

  1. Click Reports from the left menu.
  2. Search for the report you're trying to run.
  3. Select the Customize button.
  4. Go to the Rows/Columns section, then click Change columns.
  5. Put a checkmark in the Customer checkbox.
  6. Click Run report.1.PNG

I'm adding this article for more details: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Just in case you want to export this report to Excel, here's an article you can read for the detailed steps and information: Export reports.

Keep in touch if you need any more assistance with this, or there's something else I can do for you. I've got your back. Have a good day.
