Before proceeding, could you please clarify if you’re referring to a Job Transaction Report or a report related to Projects?
If you’re referring to a job transaction report specifically, I’d like to let you know that this report isn’t available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This is due to QBO not supporting the tracking of individual jobs.
Alternatively, if you’re referring to a project transaction report, you can pull up the Transaction List by Customer report. This customizable report lets you filter and view transactions linked directly to your projects, providing a detailed overview. For additional guidance, I’ve included a screenshot below as a visual reference.
On top of that, you can navigate to the Projects menu and select the Transaction tab to view all transactions tied to a specific project. From there, you can conveniently Export the data as needed.
