In the meantime, I'd recommend performing some browser troubleshooting steps to fix this. Unexpected behavior could be a browser-related issue. The stored cache can affect the performance of the program.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P
Once signed in, generate the report again. If it works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache to improve the program's performance. Otherwise, you can use other supported browsers. They also provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
