Hi, I have 10 customers. Any possibility of downloading all 10 customer statements into 10 different files (excel or pdf) in QBO ?

Want all the files to be downloaded into different files with the customer name set as the name of the file?

Hi, I have 10 customers. Any possibility of downloading all 10 customer statements into 10 different files (excel or pdf) in QBO ?

Yes, you can download your customer statements separately, and I’ll walk you through the process, @nagalavanya.

You’ll need to create a statement for each of your 10 customers, one by one. This way, you can save them individually and name them accordingly.

Here’s how:

  1. On the left pane, select Sales and click the Customers tab.
  2. Choose the customer and select create statement from the dropdown.
  3. Pick which statement type in the Statement Type dropdown you’d like to save a file as.
  4. Sort out the date and the date range, then click Apply.
  5. Select the Print or Preview button at the bottom and click the Download icon.
  6. Name your file and tap Save.
