How can I display historical journal entries

Hello, donoc. It’s great that you’re exploring QuickBooks Online (QBO) to manage your finances more effectively. Accessing historical journal entries can provide valuable insights into your past transactions and help you analyse your financial journey.

To view historical journal entries, you can run the Journal report. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Reports menu.
  2. Type Journal in the Find report by name field and open the report.
  3. Adjust the Report period to review older journal entries.

If you want to personalise your reports, check out this article for more guidance: Customise reports.

I'm just a reply away if you need more assistance, donoc. Your financial journey is essential, and I’m always available to support you in uncovering the insights you're looking for. Wishing you a great day ahead!
