Bank details aren't included when sending a customer statement. It'll only show them their invoices, payments, credits, and balances.

the bank details are included on the bottom of the statement. I am using Quickbooks online. I made my invoice template with the other bank account my default, but the original bank details still appear on the statement. I would be happy just to have the statement have no bank details. Ideas?

Kindly start by accessing and editing the template used for the statement. After that, clear the Add footer text section. This will prevent the bank details from appearing moving forward. Here's how:
